Upstate Digital Solutions was founded in 2021 in the southern tier of upstate New York. With over 15 years in the industry It's founders have grown with the technology giving them a thorough understanding of it's uses, advantages, and affordability.

Our Staff

		Traci Cameron View/ Download Credentials Sheet Traci has a long history in the computer industry. Through Upstate Digital Solutions Traci's goal is to give service that is unique, high quality, as well as something that will bring attention and greater success to her clients. She began developing websites, programming, and instructing in 1993 and has been going strong ever since. While able to tackle other IT areas Traci's passion is graphic art. She creates eye-catching graphics that can be used for flyers, logos, business cards, banners, brochures, websites, etc. > AAS in Computer Science > Graduated with a 3.8 GPA > Member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society > Presidential Honor Roll consistently > 6+ Years adult computer instruction > Skill with the following programs: > MS Word > PowerPoint > Corel Paint Shop Pro > Top Secret security clearance '98 > Tech writing

		John Wade John is Upstate Digital Solution's consultant, advisor, and analytical thinker . He's the guy you go to when you have questions about what equipment or software you should be using. John's extensive background includes programming, consulting, instructing, repair, website design, and system analysis. Fueling his success is John's fascination with puzzles and his enjoyment of a good challenge. 		Lily Victoria Human Resources Lily was brought on staff at the same time as Oliver. Her capacity is with human resources. She makes sure the Upstate Digital Solution humans have all the resources they require. In her opinion these resources include long mews, soft snuggling, and fur brushing. In addition to mental well being she ensures the UDS staff is kept fit with her "chase laser light" exercise program.

		Oliver Quincy Head Security Oliver was hired in the fall of 2022 as the head of security. He keeps a watchful eye out for any sign of shenanigans. Violators of the "no slacking" rule are met with swift justice... forced snuggling and brushing followed by distribution of cat nip and treats. If the rule continues to be ignored the punishment elevate to level #2... time out on the company couch. Oliver reminds the violator of company policies while perched on their chest.

		Malcolm Xavier Whittaker Activities Director Malcom is in charge of making sure Upstate Digital Solution staff stays in tip top shape in order to give you excellent service. Being healthy both physically and mentally results in better productivity and superior results. His exercise regime includes fetch, tail and cat chasing, zooming from room to room at full speed (if your tongue is hanging out that's a bonus), squats and lunges in the backyard, and jumping into the air as high as possible for at least 5 repetitions.

		Ralph Neltharion Armando Maintenance/ HVAC Specialist Ralph was hired in November of 2023 as our comfort expert. His skill is being able to keep the work environment at a pleasant temperature. When visiting our offices you will not feel a cold chill nor a heat flash. Ralph's detailed knowledge of HVAC makes him a big asset.
