How do you handle consultations?
 

We offer free 1/2 hour consultations via Zoom. We will send you a link in e-mail for you to click into the meeting.

 

How much will things cost me?
 

In this economy where people need to be frugal we understand that cost can be an issue. Our services depend on the complexity of it and length of time spent to produce it. We will do our best to give you an accurate estimate during your consultation. Items can contain whatever you would like them to with the exception of copywritten material. Content can be submitted by you or developed by us. During the course of production you will be sent screen shots of the progression for your approval.

 

How do you bill?
 

We charge per hour. If the project takes, for example, 2 hours and 15 minutes to complete you will be charged for an hour and a half. We charge in 1/2 hour increments.

We require 1/2 down if your estimate is $200 +

 

Do you require the wearing of masks?
 

If our business together requires us to come to your location we ask that you wear an appropriate mask.

 

What is your cancellation policy?
 

We would appreciate you notifying us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment with us. If you do not cancel within that 24 hours you will be charged for an hour of time at the rate of $30/ hr.

 

Do you charge a fee for rush jobs or for working holidays?
 

If we are asked to work on a reconized holiday or weekend we bill time and a half. Rushed jobs are charged at double the normal rate.
